Heritage Place Cancels June Summer Mixed Sale
February 8, 2008
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma - Heritage Place General Manager, Jeff Tebow, has announced that the Oklahoma City Sale Company will not hold its Summer Mixed Sale. The event which has been staged in late June for the past few years normally has between 125 and 150 head. In 2007, the catalog had 137.
"We appreciate the support of our consignors and buyers at this sale over the years, but at this time we feel that it is in the best interest of everyone to use the time and resources of Heritage Place in another way."
Tebow said another phase of the Heritage Place renovation that started about this time last year is now underway. The restaurant and bar are being completely redone. He also said that he planned to spend a large portion of time visiting breeders this Spring as he recruits horses for the Heritage Place Yearling Sale in September.
